Personal cycling and running goals can be set to monitor your weekly or monthly progress towards distance and duration. The goal setting is fairly basic and currently can be found in the Zwift Companion App. Goal setting was removed new Zwift User Interface update in 2022. It is expected to return in a future update.

Setting Goals in Companion App

Goals can be set on a weekly or monthly basis. The only goals are distance and duration. For example, you want to set a weekly goal of 100km distance. Go to the home screen of the companion app, select the 3 stacked bars for the menu and then select Goals. Click on 'Add a Goal' and you'll be presented with 3 options:

Sport = Cycle or Run

Frequency = Weekly or Monthly

Type = Distance or Time

Use the arrow keys to increase or decrease your distance or time. Once your goal is set, your cumulative effort for the week or month will be tracked. When you complete the goal, you will receive a 'confetti blast' in-game letting you know you have reached your goal. This will repeat each week or month until the goal is removed. To remove a goal, select it using the same method to create it in the companion app and delete it.
