You can only send a private message using the Companion App. Find the specific Zwifter you want to message in the 'Riders Nearby' list or search for their name, if you can't locate them, and then tap their name. Type your message in the dialog that opens and tap the 'Send' icon. The message will only be sent to that specific Zwifter. The message will appear in an orange colored bubble instead of a white one (which is for group messages). On both Android and iOS devices, you can select the microphone button on your device keyboard and when you’re ready to send a message, you'll have the option to dictate what you want to type.
